We ship your new Integrity Spas directly from our factory to you, in the Continental U.S., for FREE! Estimated transit time for delivery once the spa is complete is 5-10 business days. Our Spas are shipped through a professional shipper, so your Spa is shipped and handled with care. Due to the size of the Swim Spa we will ship it to the closest terminal our carrier has for customer pickup. The spa can be delivered to your home at no additional charge however the shipping company cannot unload it from the truck. We may be able to help arrange unloading the spa at your home for an additional charge.

For US Shipping the shipping company will contact you by phone once the spa has arrived at the local terminal to arrange pickup. You will also be able to track your Spa online and know where it is in the delivery process. You must to look closely at the shipping crate, packaging and spa cover before the spa is accepted. Any damage not noted upon delivery is considered concealed damage and will not be covered under the shipping insurance. The spa can be delivered to your home at no additional charge however the shipping company cannot unload it from the truck.
