Our Swim spas are custom built from the time we receive your order. After your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a projected ship date. Upon completion of your new Swim Spa, Integrity Spas will contact you to insure you are ready to receive the Swim Spa and schedule a mutually acceptable delivery window. The Swim Spa will be delivered to your home on a dedicated flatbed truck. Due to the size of the swim spa you will need to make arrangements for unloading from the delivery truck. We recommend setting up a mobile crane service to unload the swim spa from the truck and place it in the desired location. Integrity Spas can assist you with setting up this service however the mobile crane service is an additional cost.
