For US Shipping the moving company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery to schedule the expected arrival window. You will also be able to track your Spa online and know where it is in the delivery process. Upon curbside delivery, one or two men will remove your Spa from the truck and place it on your driveway. Someone will need to be on hand for the delivery to sign and inspect the Spa.  Backyard Delivery may available on a quote by quote basis where they will bring it to the location where you are going to put the spa. Backyard Delivery is on a quote by quote basis and must be arranged with the moving company when they call to schedule delivery. Some restrictions apply. Not available in all areas.

Swim Spas:

Our Swim spas are custom built from the time we receive your order. After your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a projected ship date.  Upon completion of your new Swim Spa, Integrity Spas will contact you to insure you are ready to receive the Swim Spa and schedule a mutually acceptable delivery window. The Swim Spa will be delivered to your home on a dedicated truck.  Due to the size of the swim spa you will need to make arrangements for unloading from the delivery truck.  We recommend setting up a mobile crane service to unload the swim spa from the truck and place it in the desired location.  Integrity Spas can assist you with setting up this service however the mobile crane service is an additional cost.

    Hot Tubs:  We can ship our spas directly to your door and have them unloaded from the truck for $599.00.   If your home is outside a major metropolitan area (delivery area of local terminal) than there will be an extra delivery charge COD at the time of delivery; any additional services such as backyard placement, toll bridges, ferry charges, etc., are COD at the time of delivery. The spa is duty free.  Shipping includes customs clearance.  The only additional cost involved is a Canadian tax of 5% of the commercial invoice which will be calculated and paid at the time of checkout.  We can ship the spa anywhere in the contiguous United States for free.
